Job Description

Our client is a dynamic Marketing Agency, specialising in retail, destination, and leisure sectors. They are looking for a Head of social media to join their Social Media team and execute strategies for diverse clients across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies for client engagement
• Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring aligned content
• Utilise scheduling tools and analyse key metrics
• Stay updated on social trends, sharing insights with the team
• Implement paid media strategies and maintain client relations
• Provide general team support and training

Requirements:

• Experience of 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working as Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in paid social media advertising
• Skilled in team management, coaching, and analytics
• Strong content creation and communication skills
