An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our senior leadership team in Adult Social Care in Doncaster. As Head of Service for Future Options, you will lead services in Doncaster that focus on supporting people with a Learning Disability and or mental health needs to live in a place that they call home, with the people and things that they love, doing things that matter to them.



As Head of Service for Future Options you will be response for leading a range of services including our Community Adult Learning Disability Team, Mental Health Social Work Team, Approved Mental Health Professional Team (including our Out of Hours Service) in addition to a range of in-house Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered direct care services that support people with a learning disability.

You will work closely with senior officers both internally and externally to help shape the Future Options Services and wider community support, tangibly benefitting the lives of local people.
