As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Development team to ensure growth of the businesses client base. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to drive client engagement, adoption, and overall success of the team. You will also have responsibility for growing the business development team.
As the Head of Sales you will collaborate closely with Account Management, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align client needs with company objectives.
The ideal candidate for this Head of Sales role will have a strong background in business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for helping your team exceed it's targets. Your experience must be from a B2B sales environment.
This Head of Sales position is based in Southport. Hybrid working will be offered after the probation period.
The salary for this role is up to 60,000 with team based commission on top.
