Head of Sales

With over 150 years of experience in residential sales across London and the South of England, they are a trusted name, generating much of their business through referrals and recommendations and reaching national and international markets.About the Role:As Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and exceeding branch targets and driving team success.
• Accountability for both individual and team objectives, including profitability, market share, and value.
• Managing the client journey in all areas, from appraisals and listings to sales progression and negotiations, following the companys proven sales process.
• Using data and insights to keep clients informed with market updates and recommendations to support successful transactions.
• Conducting monthly performance reviews, challenging and inspiring team members, and identifying training and development needs.
• Ensuring service standards and legislative compliance, with accurate and up-to-date property marketing materials.
• Leading the recruitment process for the Richmond office.
