The role:
  • Shape and implement a scalable sales operations function
  • Effectively manage the day to day sales operations team
  • Work as a key partner internally to effectively devise where the business is at and define the vision of where they need to be
  • Help design, implement and document the sales process, troubleshooting operational issues and proposing system changes
  • Ensure successful buy-in and implementation of agreed plans
About you:
  • Extensive sales operations experience ideally from a PropTech company
  • Proven success at building and structuring a sales operations function previously
  • Strong managerial/leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
