GKR London are delighted to be partnered with a globally recognised estate agency who are seeing an experienced Head of Sales for one of their South West London office. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the sales, along with leading a team of talented sales professionals, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Drive innovation in sales processes and techniques to stay ahead in the competitive real estate market.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales management
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a real estate agency.
- Strong understanding of the South West/East London property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.
Our client will be offering you a very competitive Basic Salary & OTE.
