The Head of Projects is a pivotal, client-facing leadership role.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, offering a substantial runway--six to seven years--to shape, lead, and grow the role. It's ideally suited to a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive hands-on experience and the ability to mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.
Rather than being tied to a single site, the role requires strategic oversight--managing and developing a trusted contractor network, leading on pricing, design, and bid-winning, and ensuring delivery excellence through structured monitoring.
The successful candidate will bring a combination of strong commercial acumen, team leadership, and the drive to deliver consistently outstanding results across a diverse and high-value project portfolio.
