Profile/Experience:

• Vast experience in delivering outcome-based programs at a large scale, working with diverse teams consisting of both clients and internal staff.
• Proficient in managing and implementing enterprise software, as well as surrounding technologies such as data migration.
• Previous professional experience in technology companies or fintech firms that offer solutions specifically targeted at the banking sector.
• Understanding or experience of Wealth Management, Investment Management, Fund Administration and/or Life and Pensions sectors.
• Successful track record of end-to-end program delivery, with a focus on software development projects up to \xc2\xa350 million in size. Skilled in handling complex multi-workstream deployments within intricate client business environments.
• Capable of managing various delivery approaches, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Familiarity with project management certifications such as Prince2 or APM.
• Possesses a strong commercial background in fixed price and time and materials (T&M) environments, handling milestone payments, change requests, and showcasing exceptional negotiation and project accounting skills.
• Experienced in establishing executive-level client governance to guide programs towards success. Proficient in navigating client hierarchies, assisting clients in achieving end-state live production delivery, and providing ongoing service support.
• A delivery leader with high emotional intelligence, capable of providing clear guidance to internal and client project managers and teams. Skilled in turning around challenging programs that may be experiencing difficulties.
