We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to drive product innovation, product marketing, and commercial success across Add People's existing product range while leading the go-to-market strategy for Say Hello, our beta-stage lead management app.
Working for our CMO within the marketing team, this is a wide-ranging role, working with product teams, sales, comms & campaign teams to enhance our value proposition, improve how our services are marketed and sold, and ensure we are using technology - including AI - to make our services more effective and affordable.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, improving customer adoption, and enhancing the way our products are positioned and delivered.
Key responsibilities
Work with product owners across E-commerce, SEO, CRO, Digital PR, PPC, Social, local SEO, and websites to refine and enhance existing offerings, ensuring they evolve in line with market needs.
Take ownership of product marketing and feature development for Say Hello, prioritising the right features, positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Say Hello, working closely with sales, marketing, and dev teams to ensure effective positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.
Identify opportunities, particularly around AI, to improve service delivery, efficiency, and client impact, ensuring our offering remains competitive and cost-effective.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, customer research, and engagement tracking to inform product strategy and marketing efforts.
Support sales teams by ensuring they have the right tools, messaging, and training to sell our products effectively.
Work across teams to optimise the adoption and integration of Say Hello, ensuring it becomes a core part of our value proposition.
Help shape pricing models and monetisation strategies to support growth across different customer segments.
Ideal candidate profile
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, comfortable working cross-functionally, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience and background
Significant experience in product development, product marketing, or GTM leadership, ideally within SaaS, digital marketing, or AI-driven services.
A track record of driving product-led growth and improving market adoption strategies.
Experience working in digital marketing services, particularly in an agency environment or a business that serves SMEs.
An understanding of AI's role in marketing and product development, and how to integrate it into business offerings.
Skills and competencies
Strong strategic thinking and an ability to align product development with business growth objectives.
A commercial mindset, balancing customer needs with revenue potential.
Experience with product marketing and go-to-market execution, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating a clear value proposition to different audiences.
The ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and technology teams.
A data-driven approach, using analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making.
A practical understanding of AI applications in digital marketing, automation, and customer engagement.
