Head of Product

to shape a winning product and design strategy, and deliver value.

Your influential mission. You will...

Define and lead the B2B bingo product and design strategy. Empower cross-functional teams to deliver operator and player impact. Align product, tech, design, commercial, and marketing around shared goals. Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and transparent team culture. Drive data-led decisions and a test-and-learn mindset. Champion continuous improvement in planning, tools, and delivery. Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across the unit. Coach and develop talent to grow capability and ownership.
