We're looking for a customer-obsessed and commercially savvy Head of Product to lead the evolution of our Core Insurance portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct accountability for defining and driving product vision, strategy, and execution across our core lines -- delivering scalable, innovative, and profitable solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.

We're looking for a hands-on, strategic product leader with deep expertise in insurance, proven commercial and technical acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.



This role is about delivering meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business -- leading product development at pace, grounded in customer insight, market dynamics, and operational excellence.

To be a great fit for this role you'll have:

Proven success as a product leader, including ownership of complex insurance or financial services products.

Deep understanding of insurance business models, pricing strategies, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in regulated, commercially sensitive environments.

A track record of building high-performing, cross-functional teams and delivering complex product transformations at scale.

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to use market insights and commercial data to drive prioritisation and investment.

Experience in cloud platforms and double-sided marketplaces.

Excellent stakeholder engagement -- able to influence at C-suite and board level through strategic storytelling and insight.

A collaborative and resilient leadership style, able to break down silos and build high trust, aligned teams.

The passion to solve customer problems through a combination of technology, data, and operational excellence.
