The Role
As a result of our business expanding we are looking for a senior, experienced, qualified HR professional to join our business and lead the existing People Operations Team and provide the leadership and expertise to our managers and senior leadership team. With over 300 colleagues across 4 offices and a mixture of hybrid and working from home arrangements, we are keen to attract candidates who have an excellent practical experience of dealing with the wide and diverse people issues that a dynamic and expanding business faces.
The role will report to the Director of Shared Services, and will assume line responsibility for the existing HR, Recruitment, L&D and Office Managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody wanting to support a business develop it\xe2\x80\x99s People Operations strategy, which will form an essential part of the businesses longer plans which are currently being developed for growth in our core markets as well as an ever growing international presence.
