A well-established retail firm, based in South Molton is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team on a Hybrid basis. As the Head of Marketing, you will be commercially driven and can demonstrate a proven track record in leading marketing decisions across a multifaceted omni channel business.
The role would be ideal for someone who is good at working autonomously as well as team player, is self-motivated, highly organised, has good attention to detail and able to manage several projects at any one time in a high-paced environment.

Head of Marketing responsibilities include: -

• Capable of leading projects across the marketing department and in collaboration with other heads of departments
• Able to identify areas of improvement to drive efficiencies and proactively suggest systems, processes and other solutions to improve these
• Confident in making recommendations on marketing strategy at board level and securing buy-in
• You will own the marketing budget and marketing KPIs and will ensure insightful reporting on marketing ROI

Head of Marketing requirements include: -

• Relevant Marketing qualification or equivalent
• Previous success in converting strategies into real results with operational excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen, focusing on delivering sales with clear ROI
• A background within retail, ecommerce or agricultural would be advantageous.
