The Drive:




The Collecting Group (TCG) is a high-growth company redefining the auction industry for car and watch enthusiasts. We're seeking a results-driven Head of Marketing, with a proven track record of building growth engines, driving creative excellence, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.

The Mission:




As Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that merge creative storytelling with rigorous growth marketing tactics. You will optimise our marketing funnel, significantly enhance customer lifetime value, and elevate our global brand presence as the premier auction platform and content destination for enthusiasts worldwide.

The Challenge:



Refine and scale our data-driven, full-funnel paid media strategy across Google, Meta, Youtube and other channels to achieve sustainable, high-ROI growth. Develop and implement robust SEO strategies that substantially grow organic reach, continuously improving visibility, traffic, and customer engagement. Build sophisticated CRM programs that maximise customer retention, deepen engagement, and enhance lifetime value. Lead the creative team to develop compelling multi-channel content, social media initiatives, and engaging narratives that resonate with our global audience. Continuously analyse marketing performance data to inform strategy, optimise campaigns, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. Partner closely with Sales and Product to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing strategies and execution. Foster a high-performing, collaborative marketing team through clear goal-setting, regular feedback, effective communication, and opportunities for professional growth. Identify and cultivate strategic relationships to expand our market reach, enhance brand reputation, and contribute directly to revenue objectives. Create and lead a cohesive global marketing strategy, harmonizing growth marketing and creative efforts to reinforce TCG's market leadership. Inspire and develop the marketing team, promoting innovation, accountability, and data-informed creativity. Collaborate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders, aligning marketing initiatives with broader company goals. Manage and optimize the marketing budget, demonstrating clear ROI and strategic resource allocation. Represent marketing at senior leadership levels, providing insightful updates on strategy, execution, and outcomes.

The Specs (What We'll Need From You):



Minimum of 8 years in senior marketing leadership roles, with extensive experience in Growth Marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRM) and overseeing creative functions such as social media and video production, ideally within marketplaces, automotive, luxury goods, or e-commerce sectors. Proven ability to successfully manage and scale multi-channel paid media budgets with measurable results. Strong experience in developing and executing effective SEO strategies. Demonstrated expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention. A solid track record in creative strategy, storytelling, and content production. Exceptional analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable marketing strategies. Strong leadership capabilities, experienced in building and mentoring high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage at all organizational levels, including board presentations.

Desirable:



Background in high-growth, international marketplace or auction environments. Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Lightdash), SEO software (Ahrefs, Semrush), and paid media campaign platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager).

The Pit Stop:




Parsons Green, London. You'll be predominantly based here, our London HQ. You'll need full UK working rights (sorry, we're unable to provide sponsorship for this position).
