A new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing to lead Marketing at Turning Point at a national and local level across England.

This is a London based role, with usually one or two days a week in the office and the rest working from home.


Main Responsibilities





As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for Turning Point, including ownership of all channels, content, and campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business goals to drive growth, build brand awareness, and prompt service utilisation.



Your main responsibilities will include:


Shaping and developing Turning Point's products and brands to meet market demands while aligning with our central brand and maintaining organizational coherence Leading the enhancement of the central brand across all platforms to ensure appropriate representation and effective management of brand assets Initiating and implementing integrated national campaigns that raise awareness of the Turning Point brand, our values, and highlighting the issues that matter to the communities we serve Overseeing our marketing channel strategy, including the management of our website, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring they support both our national brand and individual business units Supporting local marketing activities for individual services and products while ensuring they align with the overarching business unit campaigns Managing customer personas for each business unit to foster a genuine understanding of customer needs and how we can meet them Monitoring competitors in the market, including acquisitions and new product features in the health and social care sectors Working with both national and local leadership to gather customer insights and apply them effectively Leading and nurturing the marketing team to effectively collaborate with the organization in enhancing marketing efforts across all brands and platforms Managing team performance by setting clear objectives and providing each member with a tailored development plan Preparing and overseeing the marketing department's budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while reporting on key performance indicators and measures of success.

The ideal candidate





We are looking for a seasoned senior marketer with a strategic marketing expertise and a proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies across diverse business areas and product portfolios. You will need to have a minimum of two years' experience operating at Head of Marketing level.



You will also need to be:


Skilled in advising Senior Leadership teams and Board of Directors on innovative marketing strategies that achieve organisation goals Excellent at communication and influencing skills, capable of navigating dynamic environments with competing priorities and contractual complexities A collaborative and enthusiastic leader with a history of developing talent and leading successful teams Innovative and pragmatic with a creative mindset that ensures our strategies remain fresh and distinctive, helping to define our unique selling proposition Confident in building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with senior leadership teams and across the organisation Flexible and resilient, using ambition and determination to advance the organisation.
