You will take responsibility for driving the growth of our Starbucks Chilled Coffee and Arla Protein drinks portfolio, as well as a number of other exciting innovations we have in the pipeline. How will you make an impact?
As the Head of Marketing - Drinks, you will ultimately be responsible for delivering the big growth ambitions we have in this category. With our market-leading range of Starbucks Chilled Coffee and Arla Protein, we already have a portfolio worth over 180m at RSV, along with several other exciting initiatives in the pipeline.
Key responsibilities include;
Developing and driving our drinks category and commercial strategies
Driving the growth on Starbucks Chilled Coffee and Arla Protein
Developing new platforms, innovations, and initiatives to widen our portfolio
Driving the development and execution of our annual business plan including multi-million pound ATL & BTL budgets
Lead and manage a team of Category, Brand and Innovation experts
Collaborating with Sales, Foodservice and NRM teams to drive growth through all levers including distribution, new channels, feature and display
What will make you successful?
We are looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to drive the growth of one of our most important categories. Ideally, you will have drinks experience and a great commercial focus as well as significant FMCG brand building experience. You will have loads of energy and can inspire and drive not only your direct team but also all the other teams you will need to collaborate with.
