We are a charity that manages Whiteley Village retirement community, founded over a hundred years ago in Walton on Thames, Surrey, and the Village located in 225 acres of beautiful grounds. About the role: In this role you will build the external profile of The Whiteley Homes Trust to build awareness and understanding of the village and the Trust. You will develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy, segmenting audiences and developing detailed plans for each, including identifying marketing, fundraising and growth opportunities. You will also be developing, implementing and maintaining a single integrated contact database for all the Trust\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders. The Head of Marketing & Communications will take the lead on driving website traffic to market the Trust\xe2\x80\x99s void properties to support care and housing using SEO/SEM and other marketing tactics. About you: You are a self-starter with a minimum of 5 years sales, marketing and communications experience in a commercial role and environment. Experience of planning and executing a marketing and communications strategy is essential. You will be experienced in developing effective marketing campaigns to create commercial/revenue growth and skilled in budget and resource management including commercial performance and financial analysis. You must be able to generate content and manage media relations. You will be well versed in digital marketing tools and techniques and website management. A hands-on approach is essential together with excellent communication and presentation skills.
