Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Marketing Manager

who will be responsible for managing a dynamic and results driven marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies that will help us achieve our business objectives.

As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing campaigns, brand management, marketing communications, marketing driven customer relationships and exhibition presence within the markets EnSmart Power operates in.The role is based at EnSmart Power Ltd offices in

Braintree/Essex in the UK.

Some travel across the UK and Europe will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Plan, create and develop all marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, events, and promotions, to ensure they are executed effectively and efficiently. Manage the company's brand and ensure that all communications are consistent with the brand messaging and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop new products and services that meet customer needs. Offer marketing & PR support for EnSmart Power 's partner network in the UK.
Plan and prepare local customer and partner events, and support our participation in exhibitions and conferences in the UK
Plan and Prepare content assets, e.g. news, customer success stories, social media posts, and blogs
Plan and Produce video and photography content in the UK & Ireland and the North Europe region
Develop metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the company's marketing efforts.

Skills and Abilities

What we're looking for in you:

Proven track record of 3 years of experience in EV or power industry. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that have led to significant business growth or benefits. Experience managing budgets and developing ROI metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills at all levels of the business. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks, keeping track of personal and departmental workplans within large and complex projects. Strong graphic design, layout, copyrighting, web, digital and social media skills
