We\'re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing to join the Awards Team to cover a period of maternity leave for the Head of Awards.

Across Future\'s brands we have 35+ exciting award campaigns covering Beauty, Lifestyle, and Technology. Join our growing team and support these fantastic marketeers to deliver best in class award campaigns online and in real life.

Managing a team of 4 marketeers, the purpose of this role is to ensure that all paid entry award campaigns are executed to high standard and deliver all revenue targets. As the Head of Awards you will be responsible for supporting the campaigns of the rest of the team, as well as directly managing campaigns for 6+ awards throughout the year.

• Experience managing people
• Understanding of operating within corporate structures, delivering reporting an key information to stakeholders of all levels
• An interest and previous knowledge of B2B events, PR events, and trade shows.
• Project management and organisation skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects to tight deadlines and to prioritise tasks that deliver greatest revenue opportunities
• Copywriting, proof reading skills and attention to details
• Strong analytical skills and awareness of email platforms
• Familiarity with email platforms, CMS, and project management software (i.e Monday)

Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract for 15 months - the salary for this position is up to \xc2\xa348,000 per annum
