St George\'s, University of London, the only university in the UK to specialise in healthcare and medicine, is recruiting a Head of Marketing - 12 month Maternity Cover. The Head of Marketing will look after both undergraduate and postgraduate marketing and student recruitment strategies.

• The Head of Marketing will lead the planning, development, implementation and

evaluation of an integrated marketing strategy aimed at attracting and converting high-calibre UK and International students to St George\'s, University of London. * Using market insight and data, you will identify and define key audience segments for

St George\'s to target and set marketing objectives. * Lead the development of marketing plans to help significantly increase enquiries, applications, and

acceptances/conversion across the range of our programmes, including undergraduate, postgraduate, research, professional education and summer school. * Leading the marketing team, external agencies and contractors.

The Head of Marketing will have substantial strategic marketing expertise to drive market share expansion and preferably a deep understanding of the UK higher education landscape.

You will have experience of developing marketing functions and ecosystems, teams, processes and policies.

You will be a persuasive and confident communicator, able to influence change, negotiate stakeholder buy-in, and articulate complex business cases.

St George\'s, University of London, is based in Tooting (South London) and is the only university in the UK to specialise in healthcare and medicine. The University runs both undergraduate and postgraduate courses across a variety of subject areas.

St George\'s has a dynamic research culture, with teams working to improve the health of people of all ages, from children to the elderly, in populations locally and globally.

The team have a hybrid working model, in the office 1-2 times per week.
