The Role
The Head of Market Strategy and Planning is responsible for producing the annual Market Strategy and Plan for the charity. This role, through collaboration across the organisation, will be a catalyst to augment market capability and organisational sustainability. The postholder will ensure our income markets are well described in terms of the full scope of the market and its inherent opportunity, and for developing an approach that will develop and define methods of identifying high propensity opportunities within that market, thereby increasing the return on investment for income generating activity.

Permanent, Full- Time (37.5 hours per week)
*Whilst the full salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint at the lower end of the range. This ensures that pay progression steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
