Role overview

We are looking for a Group Head of Information and Cyber Security (GHICS) to join our team in London.

In this role, you will be an important member of the IT Senior Management team at Next 15 and, report through to PLC Board and Audit Committee, and work in conjunction with Next 15 leadership including the Group Technology Director, Next 15\xe2\x80\x99s Head of Data Protection/Data Privacy Officer and the Head of Risk & Compliance.

At the heart of your responsibilities is the protection of the Group and Brands\' core revenue streams, information assets and staff. A snapshot of your main responsibilities is listed below and a full job description will be shared with you before the first stage interview.

As a Group Head of Information and Cyber Security at Next 15, you will:

Be accountable for information security governance across the Next 15 Group and Brands (internal businesses), and responsible for working with the Brands and all areas of the business to establish a cyber security programme and operational capabilities to ensure risks are mitigated to defined standards

Oversee the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems, business operations, and facilitate defences against security breaches and vulnerability issues

Be responsible for the Cyber Security control area of the Next 15 Framework. This consists of security policies, activities, and mandated standards, and supports the assessment of compliance and the overall risk profile of the group

Establish effective communications and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across our Brands and work with them to achieve and maintain the required standards for Cyber Security

Lead on Governance, Reporting and Control as well as Information Security Capability Deployment

Manage Operations, Budget and our Cyber Security Team (4 FTE)

You will bring:

At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing and/or directing an information security operation at CISO or equivalent level

Experience of preparing for and leading Information & Cyber Security discussions at Audit Committee / Board meetings

MSc (Cyber Security) or certifications in CISM, CISSP and CRISC

Experience of crisis, incident and breach management, including Business Continuity Planning

Experience of planning, organising, and implementing IT security technologies across a global landscape

Experience in planning and executing security policies and standards development

Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations

Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, cloud platforms and outsourced systems

In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to security, across multiple territories

Experience of working alongside DPOs, together with an understanding of Data Privacy laws

Experience with ISO27001, Cyber Essentials +, NIST, GDPR, AWS, AZURE, Office 365, G-Suite Knowledge and SIEM/SOC
