Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance is an outstanding small specialist international higher education institution based across 7 campuses including London, Belfast, Berlin and Connecticut. We are one of the UK\'s largest performance colleges, with over 1000 students undertaking foundation, undergraduate, full and part-time postgraduate study in performance, design, technical arts and management.
We are looking for a Head of HR to play a key role in overseeing the College\'s HR function, creating a service culture of empowering line managers to manage their teams, so as to deliver the right service for the College\'s students.
You will act as the College\'s \'in-house\' expert on all HR related matters, advising and guiding as appropriate.
The role is three days per week though there is some flexibility as to the hours and days worked.
Starting salary \xc2\xa356,878.00 rising to \xc2\xa367,507.00 (pro rata, inclusive of Outer London Weighting Allowance) via annual increments. We offer 35 days\' holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays (pro rata).
