Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HRBP support across their Dublin office while utilizing the technical expertise of HR colleagues when necessary.
  • Cultivate and maintain influential relationships with leaders and managers in both the Dublin and European offices, collaborating with leadership to offer guidance on business priorities, employee matters, HR policies, and processes.
  • Bring expertise in people management and develop solutions to assist leaders in executing their plans and strategies.
  • Offer guidance and input on department restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching, career development, and management of employee relations matters (such as disciplinaries and grievances). Collaborate with internal colleagues in Legal, Compliance, or other relevant teams when needed.
  • Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to employee management, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance. Collaborate with the legal department as necessary.
  • Identify training needs for departments and provide executive coaching when required.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency and share best practices.
  • Work with HR and regional leaders on HR projects, including managing local HR projects. Coordinate local and global projects to ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Take ownership of specific HR projects or manage HR work streams associated with business initiatives.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently while establishing trusting professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in teams or under independent initiative.
  • Experience in driving initiatives independently and executing HR plans and tasks from start to finish.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business judgment to address problems effectively.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Culturally sensitive.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in an HRBP role, preferably with regional coverage of Ireland, UK, Europe.
  • In-depth working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, and immigration.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday.
  • Strong project management and operational experience.
  • Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Human Resources, or professional Human Resources accreditation.
