As we continue to grow rapidly (doubled group growth within the last 2 years), we are looking for a talented Head of HR to lead our HR function and to support us on our expansion journey.

Purpose of the role:



As our Head of HR, your role will be to ensure our group attracts, develops, and retains top industry talent. You will oversee the full HR function, employee relations, TUPE & investigations; Your role will be to maintain, develop & implement HR policies that support our business goals and reinforce our goal of being the industry leading place to work. Additionally, you'll support HR team in resolving any employee concerns and conflict resolution.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working as part of the Leadership team this role will help build on the current and future workforce performance. The role holder will provide leadership of the entire HR function both onsite in the UK and offshore in India.

This role will focus on the needs of the business and work with the Leadership Team and Partners to bring about significant and effective changes to support people culture, enable scale, drive performance, efficiency and talent attraction and retention.

Responsibilities:



Support the COO and partners to identify, prioritise and assist in the building of the necessary capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes in order to operate compliantly, plan for and deliver the business growth Enable the implementation and support of initiatives driven from our European Chief People Officer to ensure business performance and best people practice Build strong stakeholder relationships such as with Senior Leaders, Partners and integral teams members Be a trusted partner to stakeholders, provide coaching, advice and challenge thinking to enable the design and execution of strategic people initiatives Lead the team for the production and analysis of the People data and trends Partner with Senior Leaders and Partners to identify areas for improvement, assess the key metrics and propose and support the implementation of solutions Create and maintain a People function which is fit for purpose, scalable and covers the whole employment life cycle Provide professional and credible advice to Partners and Business Leaders including on complex or highly sensitive issues as well as on resolving complex issues that mitigate significant risk to the organisation Measure the effectiveness and success of HR policies and processes in the business to ensure Dental Beauty Partners remains compliant and scalable for growth Lead the HR and Recruitment team to deliver effective business partnering and quality service Ensure people are at the heart of everything we do, build and measure a culture that defines us and supports talent retention and attraction Support the Leadership team to identify and develop internal talent and to build effective retention, and succession plans Drive efficiencies for onboarding and administration using automation and enhancing systems and processes. Oversee the adoption and accountability of managers and leaders to become self-sufficient in managing the people needs of their departments and teams Drive agreed improvements in performance in line with core business principles and values Develop the People function to support business growth through M&A activities

Qualifications & Experience Required:



A degree in Human Resources is highly desirable for this position; Prior experience within the dental industry, or another healthcare industry is also highly desirable but not essential 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role is essential for this position In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, within a business containing multiple stakeholders Strong leadership & team management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong conflict resolution & problem-solving skills Ability to analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels. Proficiency with HR software & Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of employment laws & regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
