We are looking for a Head of Growth to take the reins of sales, marketing, and support with brand expansion for one of Londons most well-known boutique fitness brands. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, performance based environments and understands how to drive both customer acquisition and long-term retention.xe2x97x8f Salary: 360,000xe2x97x8f Incentive/Commission: Yes - commission opportunity.xe2x97x8f Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)xe2x97x8f Leave: 24 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).xe2x97x8f Full access to classes and facilities.As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales and marketing strategy to drive membership growth, enhance brand positioning, and optimise customer retention. You will lead a team across marketing, sales, and customer experience, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with the brands premium values and expansion objectives.Reporting to:

The Role...Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Build and execute a scalable sales strategy to increase memberships, class bookings, and revenue streams.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients to expand brand reach.
  • Own and optimise the sales pipeline, focusing on conversion rates, retention strategies, and revenue forecasting.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
  • Develop and lead brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Oversee performance marketing (paid social, PPC, SEO) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Implement an effective content and community engagement strategy to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and PR teams to position the brand as a leader in boutique fitness.
Customer Experience & Retention:
  • Lead initiatives to increase customer lifetime value, focusing on engagement, loyalty, and premium service.
  • Work with operations and coaching teams to ensure a seamless, high-end customer experience.
  • Implement a CRM and data-driven approach to track customer interactions and personalise marketing efforts.
Data, Reporting & Growth Analytics:
  • Utilise analytics tools to track KPIs, optimise sales and marketing efforts, and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
  • Regularly present growth reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
The Person...Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles, ideally within fitness, wellness, or luxury hospitality.
  • A track record of successfully scaling customer acquisition and retention strategies in a high-end brand.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales analytics tools.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
