We're looking for a Head of Growth to join our fast-growing digital agency and play a key role in our next phase of expansion. As we scale up with a more targeted Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), we need a strategic and ambitious sales leader to drive high-value opportunities and long-term partnerships in Marketing Strategy, SEO, PPC & Web Development.
This is a pathway to leadership role, with the vision to build and grow a sales team underneath you. You'll be supported on the path to taking sole responsibility for the sales function, owning the full sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals - while working closely with our delivery team to craft tailored solutions and proposals for leading brands. Once the pipeline has scaled sufficiently, you'll have the opportunity to grow and lead a high-performing sales team.
Your ability to identify the right-fit clients, showcase expertise across our services, and confidently present our offering will be critical to success. You'll also be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy, attending top industry events and conferences, and proactively identifying opportunities that align with our refined ICP.
You'll report directly to the Managing Director, and work closely with our Head of Brand to develop and refine lead generation strategies, ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are fully aligned for maximum impact.
