\xc2\xadThis is an opportunity to work for one of the premier names in UK Real Estate overseeing a high performing financial reporting team.
Situated in their West End Offices and reporting into the Group Finance Director this role oversees a large team responsible for all Group and JV reporting.
Your teams will be reponsible for all quartely reporting and consolidated results, you\'ll lead the audit committee and be to "go to" for all technical accounting matters. The business continues to evolve with a number of technology, systems and process related projects on-going and as such you\'ll be a key contributor to a number of transformation projects. You\'ll also work alongside the GFD and CFO on one-off projects as they diversify and consoliodate their impressive portfolio.
Applicants with be ACA qualified with ambitions to be a future FTSE GFC/FD/CFO. You\'ll have already proven yourself within the reporting function of a large complex UK business and have good team management exposure and be comfortable working at C-Suite. You\'ll be organised, details orientated and have a track record of enhancing business reporting and processes.
