Detailed technical knowledge of IT infrastructure implementation;
Microsoft operating platforms; Windows Server OS 2012 R2, 2016,2019, 2022
Active Directory administration
Group Policy administration
Networking
Network Core Services ( DNS, DHCP, WSUS)
Cisco UCS administration
Detailed knowledge of VMware technologies;
IT Security principles
Service Management
Solid experience of managing an IT Service and/or infrastructure operation, ideally using ITIL framework
Experience managing, coaching and developing a small functional team
Experience of ISO27001 and/or other security frameworks.
ITL v3 Foundation
Degree or equivalent
Able to work effectively across multiple change projects or change activities simultaneously
Driven individual with a focus on continuous improvement
