Millfield Prep School is seeking a passionate and experienced football coach to lead the development of our football programme for pupils aged 7 to 13. This is a term-time only role (42 hours per week), with a salary of 26,460 per annum based on a full-time equivalent of 38,220 per annum.

Reporting to the Director of Sport, the Head of Football will coach across all year groups, with a focus on Years 7 and 8, and will be responsible for designing training programmes, organising fixtures and tournaments, and supporting individual player development.

The successful candidate will hold at least an FA Level 1 or 2 qualification, have experience working with young athletes, and demonstrate a strong understanding of long-term player development. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing sports department.

This is a term-time only position, with additional paid opportunities for leading two football camps per year. You will also contribute to school life, including open days and occasional evening or weekend duties.
