Large housing provider in the Norfolk area are looking for a new Head Of Fire Safety to join their compliance team.

Ensure compliance in all areas where fire safety/risk may impact our tenants, staff or visitors. Plan and undertake all Fire Risk Assessment requirements for all the Association\'s premises.

Supporting the overall delivery of the Associations safety compliance. Support the wider delivery requirements through leading the Compliance Officer.

Experience needed:

• Demonstrable experience (minimum of five years\' fire safety/engineering experience) of managing and carrying out Fire Risk Assessment/management for both commercial and residential premises.
• Experience of developing fire strategies and passive fire protection surveys.
• Up to date knowledge of all relevant UK Fire Safety regulations and guidance.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and ensure understanding of technical information.
• Effective use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes and use of ICT.
• Previous Line Management Experience.
