One of the country\xe2\x80\x99s largest motor trade organisations, Hippo Motor Group, is currently recruiting for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to work closely with the CFO, senior leadership team and wider business. The role
The successful candidate will be tasked with building the planning, forecasting and analysis capability across the wider business and improving the quality or reporting and analysis, and making recommendations across the business. There is the opportunity to join and play a part in the midst of an exciting strategic transformation! As our Head of FP&A, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be at the forefront of supporting the management team to deliver exceptional results. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to demonstrate their skills in a fast-growing business. In a team of over 330 colleagues, you will be the expert and authority on your specialism and as such will be involved in both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation. Working closely with the Owner(and CEO) and the CFO, this is a significant hire for the Group and will be a highly visible role, the candidate will be expected to drive profitability improvement and have a commercial influence across the Group.
This role is full time in our Blackburn Head Office with the option of working one day a week from home.
