Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the finance leadership teams continuing to develop and identify a compelling and executable finance transformation strategy.
• Lead and manage the execution of finance transformation projects, ensuring we deliver the project\'s goals and objectives, and meet agreed timetables.
• Communication and presentation of project information and performance, including resource requirements, cost analysis, project savings/benefits, to the John Crane Senior Finance Leadership and other divisional stakeholders.
• Ensure that finance is represented appropriately on all key project boards and using leadership skills to influence decision-making.
• Support the implementation of Lean principles, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and standardisation across our new processes.
