A privately owned, sizeable SME experiencing exciting growth, has engaged with CMA exclusively to recruit a Head of Finance in a number one capacity. The Head of Finance opportunity has been newly created as result of expansion, with excellent scope for career development.
What will the role of Head of Finance involve?
- Oversee all financial matters for the business, managing and developing a team of 6;
- Production of monthly management accounts, annual statutory accounts and 13 week cash flow forecast, in addition to the annual budget including forecasting updates;
- Proactive inventory management \xe2\x80\x93 stock valuation and reconciliation;
- Management, control and implementation of insurances, pensions, healthcare and leases to meet company requirements;
- Proactive participation at management and operations meetings, advising on business decision making and supporting financing decisions for major investment;
- Foreign currency and cash flow management.
- Full qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA;
- Hands-on SME financial control background;
- Comprehensive knowledge of stock accounting;
- Proven leadership skills.
- Annual bonus;
- Hybrid working (1 day per week WFH);
- 30 days (plus bank holidays) annual leave;
