Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Head of Finance to take ownership of the finance function in a growing, early-stage manufacturing business.
This is a critical role focused on strengthening financial control, delivering timely and accurate reporting, and driving profitability and cashflow management.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, implementing best practice processes, and partnering with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
This is a high-potential role for someone looking to make a real impact and grow with the business. For the right person, there is a clear pathway to develop into a Finance Director-level role in the future.
We're also looking for someone who brings a forward-thinking approach to finance -- someone open to using automation and emerging technologies like AI to improve processes and drive smarter decision-making.
