Job Description

Axon Moore are exclusively partnered with a large service provider based in Brighouse. Due to high growth & current market conditions a commercially focussed Head of Finance is needed to partner the SLT in managing this organisation through a period of change. The role will report to the Group FD, and take full responsibility for the management accounts, reporting, forecasting, analysis and business partnering.

The role would be ideally suited to a commercially minded qualified accountant who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoy autonomy and ownership, and has the ability to build strong relationships across the business with both finance and on finance stakeholders.

Key duties will include:
Monthly management accounts and variance analysis for submission
Monthly cash forecasting and reporting.
Quarterly profit forecasting.
Annual budget including setting of departmental budgets with assistance for departmental heads and monitoring of those costs.
Continuous improvement of the financial processes and procedures required to support the development of the business including improving internal control process and procedures.
Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by the Company\'s board and Group finance team.
Business partnering with finance and non finance stakeholders
Liaising with auditors, bankers and external advisors.

The successful candidate will:
Be fully qualfiied CIMA/ACCA/ACA
Have a minimum of 5 years within a FC position
Have strong technical and analytical skills including advanced MS Excel skills
