Head Of Finance
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced finance individual with a demonstrable track record, working at a high level who would be able to work with our current accounts team, on a part time basis.
Hours can be highly flexible to accommodate your needs. It could be home based however office meetings will be required on an occasional basis
The role will be to guide Skills4Stem in compliant and efficient financial management practice and use of financial data in operational and strategic decision-making.
You will be managing, mentoring and coaching the finance team to prepare effective financial records, forecasts, reporting and payroll processing.
Overall you will be
Ultimate accountability for compliance eg. Companies House and regulatory bodies required reporting.
Advising the MD and SLT with the use of high quality, accurate reports.
Preparing confidential financial insights and forecast models for sensitive business
Skills4Stem is a growing further education provider specialist in the construction industry, offering both apprenticeships and private learner courses and working with some of the largest construction companies in the UK.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-42,500.00 per year
