The role As a Head of Facility Management, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a role that\xe2\x80\x99s out of the ordinary where you\xe2\x80\x99ll deliver maintenance in support of submarines and warships. Day to day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for the maintenance of all non-nuclear plant, equipment and facilities of Devonport Royal Dockyard and under the contract for all Naval Base equipment and facilities. This may include major projects to change or sustain service life of assets and facilities.
Provide hard and soft facility management services to various departments.
Responsible to the safety improvement, profitability and performance of the operations activity.
Ensure the savings identified as part of the contract are achieved.
Ensure all KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and requirements are met whilst meeting business targets.
Set strategic objectives and budget for the Operations business areas.
This is a full time, permanent role where we offer hybrid working with 4 days per week required onsite at Devonport Royal Dockyard and the rest working remotely. Essential experience of the Head of Facility Management:
Extensive experience in management of diverse facilities and teams and the implementation of lean and improvement techniques to improved service delivery.
Qualifications for the Head of Facility Management:
Degree or equivalent in Engineering and a Tertiary Business Management education
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role. Our Benefits
