Head of Ecommerce Distribution Operations

Our European eCommerce platform, Levi.com, is one of the fastest growing parts of the Levi\xe2\x80\x99s business and a strategic priority for the company.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual, who will be responsible for the full distribution experience for Levi.com across our European markets. This role will report into the VP Digital Europe.

The candidate will be responsible for fueling the growth of the business through the optimization of our logistics consumer experience. This includes running our 3PL warehouses in both Germany and the UK as well as transportation to all our markets. She or he will own the relationship with major operations partners, as well as significant opex budgets, and will run a small operations team in-house; with the expectation to constantly challenge the status quo and optimize.

The successful candidate must have experience in running multiple parts of distribution operations, managing partners, as well as budget and team management.

She or he must be comfortable with working in a very cross-functional environment, working closely with different European and Global teams, especially where it comes to technology, product management and distribution. She or he must have a getting things done mentality, and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, build effective partnerships across the organization, and influence others.
