The Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced

Head of Digital Technology

to lead and innovate our digital transformation team at Xeinadin. This senior role will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our digital strategy and technology solutions. You'll play a key part in fostering innovation, ensuring client service excellence, and driving operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall Strategic Leadership

Lead the development and execution of Xeinadin's digital strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth goals. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with the COO, IT Director, Director of Practice & Change Management, and regional business units to integrate digital solutions into service offerings.

Digital Transformation

Oversee the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital tools, including cloud systems, data analytics, CRM systems, and accounting software. Lead initiatives for automation, data-driven decision-making, and cloud-based solutions to enhance productivity and client services across the group. Promote a culture of innovation and digital adoption across all Xeinadin entities.

Technology Management

Lead the development of internal processes for managing digital tools and ensuring smooth integration with core business processes.

Client-Facing Digital Solutions

Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand their needs and develop digital tools that enhance both the client experience and internal user satisfaction. Ensure that digital technology solutions support compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and accounting regulations.

Collaboration

Work closely with the IT team to provide support and guidance to users across all internal digital platforms.

Key Requirements:

We're looking for a confident leader with a strong digital vision and the ability to execute strategic transformation in a complex, multi-office environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organisation. A deep understanding of digital developments within the accountancy industry and strong awareness of IT systems capability. Proven project management skills, with experience leading high-impact digital initiatives from concept to delivery.
