Liaison with data stewards, producers and consumers on TWCS data strategy
Data analytics
Production of internal MI dashboards to support improved decision making (across product operating model, profitability/unit cost, client returns, capital/RWA distribution, origination, operations metrics, resource allocation, client service, etc)
Data analytics insights: the use of data to drive business actions and growth (examples: client origination, client cross-sell, multi-product, multi-region, resource allocation, etc)
Familiarity with risk analytics associated with the real-time risk management of a wholesale credit-lending business and the risk management thereof
Data Platforms and Engineering
Lead FO (and Technology) teams to design and configure internal and external data architecture, including TWCS journey to the Cloud
Establish real-time/near real-time data infrastructure: including risk and pnl management systems and tools
Lead design and optimisation of data configurations / connections
Partner with Citi security and Cloud teams
Lead engagement with internal and external vendors and partners on data-related initiatives
Data Services
Lead the creation of TWCS external data services (examples might include on-line reporting, cash-flow analytics services, asset and data marketplaces, billing information, etc)
Lead TWCS engagement with TTS PDS team on all data initiatives
Design and lead engineering of delivery of data-sharing capabilities
Familiarity with trading platform architecture relevant to wholesale credit lending activities and / or marketplaces associated therewith (or similar services and associated asset classes, ie, FX)
Experience
Data services domain expertise: including data architecture, big data, data warehousing, data lakes, data science/analytics, machine learning
Proven engineering skills across all data disciplines (incl. strategy, architecture, analytics, visualisation, science, coding)
Proven leadership skills across all data disciplines (incl. strategy, architecture, analytics, visualisation, science, coding)
Expertise in leading conversations with Model Risk Management teams, auditors and regulators
Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, etc)
Proven ability / acumen to translate data capabilities into business outcomes aligned to client and business outcomes
Ability to build and lead teams for the delivery of the above described capabilities and services
Innovative and results-driven mindset
Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple competing priorities, whilst maximising each opportunity to elevate wider capabilities
Credibility to C-suite level across all aspects and data and data services, internally and externally; externally vs both clients and vendors/partners
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in relevant fields
Knowledge of industry players and ecosystem, as well as industry networks preferred
The incumbent will work closely with regional product teams to set and track annual spend and revenue targets, and will be expected to support client discussions to help drive wins, program growth and new deal ramp
Education:
Undergraduate degree qualification or higher
