Job Description

A revolutionary beauty and wellness platform is seeking an intelligent and commercially orientated Head of Data to manage their cross-functional Data and Product teams.

The company has secured over \xc2\xa3100 million in Series B funding and has dedicated a large portion of this to developing its AWS platform to improve its analytics reporting and product offering.

Your remit will cover Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, and Data Science working to identify CLTV, ROI on marketing spend, and optimise data ingestion and storage processes.

Your skillset...

\xe2\x9a\x99 A core data analytics, product analytics, or data science background

\xe2\x9a\x99 A commercial mindset

\xe2\x9a\x99ETL tools: SQL, Python, DBT

\xe2\x9a\x99Experience using Tableau or Looker

\xe2\x9a\x99Knowledge of Digital, Marketing & Product Analytics

\xe2\x9a\x99 Strong mathematics / statistical degree (other degrees considered)

\xe2\x9a\x99 Strong communication skills

Your experience...

You will need to possess relevant industry experience in retail, eCommerce, scale-ups, and/or experience in a high-volume data environment (i.e. telecommunications, marketplace, or direct consumer). You need to have a desire to lead and manage cross-functional Data teams and deliver recommendations and solutions to senior stakeholders.
