Overview We are seeking a talented creative all-rounder to take a pivotal role in shaping the voice and look of an exciting contemporary furniture brand. As Head of Creative Design & Social, you will assume control of The Lounge Co.s social channels and help produce beautiful imagery for our website, stores and advertising. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand\'s vision and values.
Key responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and engaging content for our website, social media platforms, email and marketing campaigns.
  
• Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  
• Oversee the production of high-quality images and videos that showcase our products and brand.
  
• Manage and execute social media and email initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement.

You will need:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
  

• Strong portfolio of high-quality visual design work.
  
• Expertise in using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Rush / After Effects / Premiere also useful.
• Ability to retouch existing images.
• Excellent writing skills in the perfect tone for social comms and additional online blog pieces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other advantageous attributes:

• Knowledge or interest in interior trends or interior design.
  

• Experience using an email marketing platform such as DotDigital, Mailchimp etc.
  

• Knowledge of a CMS system such as Magento or Spotify.

• Salary between \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa347,000 and benefits package.

• A great deal of variety! One day youll be creating a new social campaign, the next managing a photoshoot, then designing in-store visuals, before having a say in which fabrics we should include in our next collection. Youll never be bored!
• Freedom to work autonomously and remotely. Well have regular Teams calls and you will be expected to travel to one of our London stores at least once a month to capture new content, and our Melksham HQ for occasional face-to-face meetings. Aside from that youll be free to express yourself wherever you like.
