Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Communications & Campaigns for an inspiring health charity to Lead the development and delivery of the charitys communications, marketing and campaigns strategy.

This is a London based hybrid role.

The Charity

The Role
Lead on the development and delivery of a communications and marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO and managing the communications team.

Lead and deliver communications plans to support the organisational strategy and individual projects, putting in place clear
processes for integration with the other teams and measurement of agreed KPIs.

Lead, develop and implement compelling, integrated multi-channel campaigns and policy to support projects, influencing and engagement aims among key target audiences.

Work in partnership with the Heads of Fundraising to develop and deliver a fundraising communications approach that is fully integrated with the fundraising strategy and with the broader organisational communications strategy.

The Candidate
A minimum of seven years in a marketing/communications/PR-focussed role.

Experience of designing and delivering campaigns.

Experience of designing and implementing a communications strategy.

Experience of managing a team.
