Fast growing multi-office firm based in the West Midlands seeks to appoint a Head Commercial Litigation to lead their successful Disputes team.

Our client has a strong commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice, handing high quality and complex litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The team is particularly strong in managing significant commercial contracts litigation, corporate & shareholder disputes, breach of directorships, partnership disputes and enforcement work.

The firm is keen to appoint a Head of Commercial Litigation to work alongside and to lead a successful and dedicated team of directors, associates and paralegals. With strong technical experience of managing broad ranging commercial disputes and ideally some supervisory experience, you will be able to develop strong and sustainable client relationships, be outward facing, commercial in your approach and client led as you look to grow the practice and widen the profile in the West Midlands market.

This is an excellent role which would suit a senior commercial disputes lawyer looking for a first partnership role or an existing partner looking for a better opportunity to progress. This firm is a well- established, friendly and supportive firm with an excellent team based ethos and merit based partnership culture.
