Head of Commercial Litigation, Birmingham

The Team

The dispute resolution team of this well-regarded Birmingham Law Firm is a high profile and significant litigation practice working with a broad range of local, regional and national clients. They are seeking an experienced and personable Commercial Litigator to lead an experienced team of Associates, Legal Directors and paralegals towards continued growth and development. As such, a key part of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s growth strategy is the recruitment of an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to assist with work from existing clients and further develop the litigation offering in the West Midlands.

The Candidate

You will be an existing partner or a principal associate seeking progression at your current firm. Whichever the case, you will be collegiate and proactive in approach with a track record of winning and managing client relationships.

You will be well versed in receiving instructions from a range of limited companies, substantial corporates, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships.

Commercial Contracts / Corporate & Shareholder Disputes / Breach of Directorships / Partnership Disputes and Enforcement

Remuneration is negotiable, very competitive dependent on applicant, experience, skills, etc.
