Duties

Oversee all aspects of coffee preparation, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup served. Lead, train, and supervise the coffee team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels for coffee supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the establishment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Experience

2+ years' experience in a senior coffee role (Head Barista, Coffee Trainer, Coffee Operations Manager, or similar) Deep passion for specialty coffee, from sourcing to serving Strong leadership skills -- you love coaching and inspiring others Excellent attention to detail, with an obsession for quality and customer experience Confident working with coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, filter systems) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being a hands-on leader Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building community connections Flexible and excited about growing a new operation from the ground up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
