Head of Client Services

Permanent

Based in Crowborough office (4 day per week working pattern).

Up to \xc2\xa328,000 per annum plus benefits

Do you have experience managing and leading a client services team , working closely with the sales team, and leading from the front?

Sentinel are working with a luxury art company who work closely with clients and wholesalers across the EU and USA. They\xe2\x80\x99re a family-owned business who\xe2\x80\x99ve been leading the market for the past 30-years.

We are looking for a Head of Client Services who can come in and manage a team of 4, as well as working closely with the sales team and board to ensure every customer is receiving the best experience possible. The brand\'s largest market is the US and there may be the opportunity to travel to the USA for trade shows.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of Client Services, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

• Manager of four other Client Services team members , organising and sharing workload between the Client Services Team
• Establishing, maintaining client relationships and dealing with customer enquiries with an aim to achieve first contact resolution.
• Ensuring CRM system used and maintained correctly
• Providing support for 9 sales staff in reaching sales targets and with client list management.
• Assisting marketing team in planning e-shots and preparing clients presentations
• Possible travel to USA for trade shows, as well as planning the travel
• Ensuring Data Protection policies are adhered to
• Occasional duties outside office hours, particularly during periods when the sales team are attending trade shows

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone that has a strong mix of the following skills and experience:

- Highly organised

- Self-motivated

- Strong cumminication skills

- Excellent computer skills

- Experience in running a customer service team

- Experience in training team members and new staff.

- Team player with a flexible mindset.

- Travel planning
