Head Of Brand Experience/events

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

We're not just another bike brand - we're an iconic, British motorcycle brand with over 120 years of history behind us. Our new state-of-the-art facilities in Solihull, West Midlands are home to a tight-knit, but ever-expanding team that's passionate about delivering exquisite riding experiences to our customers.

Under new ownership and proud to be part of the TVS Motor family, we're entering a new era of global success. And we want you to be a part of it!

At Norton, we value respect, trust, and responsibility. We trust our employees to execute their roles exceptionally and professionally, and we value personal development, teaching, and learning. When you join our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and learn alongside some of the most talented and dedicated people in the business.

So if you're passionate about motorcycles and looking to join a team that's shaping the future of this legendary brand, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

As Head of Brand & Experience/Events, you will be the architect behind how the world experiences our brand -- both digitally and in person. You'll define the brand narrative, champion creative storytelling, and design world-class experiences that ignite passion, loyalty, and advocacy in every rider and enthusiast.

This role blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution, working across marketing, design, product, sales, and community teams to ensure a seamless and bold brand presence at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the brand strategy to align with business goals, market trends, and customer passion points. Lead the development of brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity to ensure global consistency. Partner with product and design teams to ensure brand integration from concept to customer delivery. Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global and regional events: launches, community rides, expos, trade shows, dealer activations, and flagship brand experiences. Craft immersive brand activations that engage customers emotionally and physically -- both on and off the road. Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that elevate brand visibility and relevance. Shape a cohesive brand experience across all channels, from retail environments to digital touchpoints. Work closely with marketing and customer service to ensure customer interactions reflect the brand promise at every stage of the journey. Foster and grow community engagement through curated experiences and rider-centric initiatives. Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary brand and events team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Retail, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and synergy. Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and activations.

Candidate Experience

7-10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, experiential marketing, or events, ideally within automotive, motorcycle, lifestyle, or performance industries. Deep understanding of the enthusiast mindset -- especially in motorcycle or automotive cultures. Proven track record of crafting powerful brand strategies and executing world-class experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue. Experience managing high-profile product launches, dealer activations, and community-building initiatives. Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills. Bold, innovative, and customer-obsessed. Comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
