We're Michael John Guzzon, a growing haircare brand born from years of salon expertise, dedicated to creating premium products for modern hair needs. With our in-salon experience and e-commerce presence, we're ready to scale--and we're looking for a driven, creative Head of Brand & Commercial Operations to help take us there.
This role is perfect for someone young, energetic, and deeply connected to current trends in beauty, haircare, and lifestyle. You'll work directly with the founder to bring the brand vision to life, combining operational know-how with marketing savvy to drive both online and in-salon sales.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role--we're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, contribute fresh ideas, and help shape the future of the brand together with the founder.
Your role will cover:
Coordinating supplier relationships, packaging updates, and product logistics
Managing e-commerce: website updates, product launches, online sales growth
Overseeing marketing activities: social media content planning, influencer outreach, trend spotting
Supporting in-salon sales promotions and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Researching market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new opportunities for growth
Monitoring KPIs and reporting progress regularly to the founder
You should have:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field
2-3 years experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors (internships count!)
A finger on the pulse of current beauty trends, social media, and influencer culture
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
A collaborative spirit--you'll be working side-by-side with the founder to bring the brand's vision to life

Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 (depending on experience) + performance-based bonus
